Protect your ME-TIME

I love my days off. Sometimes it’s Saturday or Sunday and sometimes it’s randomly Wednesday or Friday.

 

During my last coaching session Client asked me How can I protect my ME-TIME? and then we came up with a list of things that distracts her or makes the me-time a mission impossible (sounds familiar, right?)

 

Here is my list of rules that helps me with boundary setting when it comes to my time off.

Rule 1 – no pressure

Rule 2 – no limits

Rule 3 – no excuses

Rule 4 – all day chillout (whatever that would be)

Rule 5 – listen to body & mind

Rule 6 – progression, not perfection

Rule 7 – my rules are unbreakable.
