What to do when you feel sad

When I’m sad I go out, I explore, I search for a new reason to smile and at the end it always works well enough.

Changing perspective is the cheapest mood lifter.

I LIKE it so much that I might be addicted to it now hahaha

 

Toolkit: Think about How do you change your mood or attitude? 

Make a list of it and see what it within your control, then circle it and use it more often.
